John Hendron

This year, I was called upon, I guess, as a "gorilla." I valued the opportunity to provide staff development twice to our district. The first time around, we received some interesting comments, which included "Good session, but why can't we have an outside speaker?"

We also got others that said "This was as good as, or better than, anyone we've ever had..."

We actually use our staff a lot to lead after school sessions and 2.5 hour sessions twice a year during something we call "mini-conference" days.

Would it be wrong to ask everyone to take a role like this? :-)
